if you've been around awhile you probably remember Hans Anger Sr. he was the best in this industry. he was always about the customer and treated his employees like family. when Hans Jr. took over he didn't have the same love for the company. customers were still the focus but employee satisfaction was not. many benefits were taken away. we lost alot of good people because of it. when he sold the company we were all nervous to say the least. we have found that SMH priorities mirror that of Hans Sr. and have reinstated many benefits that had been taken away. they recognize that customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, retaining experienced people, are the cornerstone of success. as i see it, this merger will be beneficial to both customers and employees. i am very happy about the direction we are going.

Fact of the week
Brothers Adolf ("Adi") and Rudolf ("Rudi") Dassler split their shoe company after WWII due to a bitter feud, and established the rival companies of Adidas and Puma. Their personal animosity and business rivalry divided their German hometown Herzogenaurach. The town became known as "the town of bent necks" due to the intense loyalty to each brand.
