yep edward makes a good point, why was the tech there to begin with? and i do realize calling in a tech can be expensive but having someone not experienced going in and trying to adjust settings could be MORE expensive in the end. Adjusting these settings isn't the same as let's say... changing the oil in your lawnmower :o/

as far as your email address, there is a reason i said to add it to your forum profile, if you post it in the thread the forum software strips it from text, ie: it takes it out, it does the same thing if you post webpage links also. If you put it in your signature in your profile it won't remove it.

Anyhow can't send anything to url/email removed :o/
