Its not in the book but make sure your control handle is returning to neutral before start up. Found mine to have internal broken spring and handle was stuck in forward.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
