I can not get the battery pack off this unit. Used a fork lift with a chain. connected to eye lets, raised it off the ground, tapped it with sledge hammer, can not see any thing holding it on. Frustrated and need help. Left hanging over night. Do not see any bolts on sides, front, cover can see all the way to the bottom and nothing holding this battery case on.

I have 4 sealed batteries 2 years old. I get a reading of 25.2 volts but when I plug it into the unit it goes down to 1.3. Can not feel any heat in wire. I need to take out batteries and can not figure out why they will not come off this electric pallet jack.
