I have got error code E0 E1-3. It does not run or lift or tilt. The steering became hard too. Please help or advise. Thank you.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
