Connected batteries from other lift trucks as the unit has a very low charge on its battery. The k2 contactor had originally a 8 volt loss due to a stink bug getting smashed between the contact tips.Cleaned contacts have 37 1/2 volts thru contactor.Even jumped contactor studs.Have good pos & neg voltage at traction controller.Have service manual.Don't see anything for Mod 2 low battery warning in manual. We are a Hyster dealer & use Flight systems for controller repairs.Controller sent to them & they sent it back without looking at it.Was wondering if a weak battery along with the 8 volt loss damaged the controller. Our parts dept 3K for a new controller
