Im just going on previous experience on other brand's of ppt's & llop's with customer's & salesmen speccing trucks incorrectly then having to sort the problem out once it turns up on site.

Normal issue is the truck wont enter / exit certain types of pallets cleanly & the normal fix is fit the optional climber wheels, empty pallets are the worse as they either get pushed along the floor or the truck drags it along as you try & exit.
