Thanks for all the info,(yes lift runs fine,but the draw when key off kills battery fast) couple hrs,yes I know how all the Fortis & Veracitor Trucks have a small (dim) draw when key is off,but this is excessive & its pulsating like a flasher,lift has only 4770 hrs,battery is new,Tks did not now what the "Hydraulic Interlock" meant,Timing belt has not been changed,the codes came from dash display(history)had the hours,first-last,the other codes are likely from me unplugging,at one point I heard the flashing/clicking sound coming from governor area,this unit has the new style(Impco Engine System)model 60 carb with the model J with the EPR attatched,so its hard to even unplug or see the governor,Tks
