I would not consider a lack of complaints on an open forum like this as any sign of lack of problems, more likely the fact that some brands that have stricter control over the [supposed] free speech rights of their employees, have done a better job of managing to prevent posting replies to those concerns.
IMHO, some brands seem to have less participation of their employees, especially their US based employees. I notice a shortage of US based Crown and/or Toyota techs answering questions about their respective brands, and I somehow doubt that those brands have somehow managed to provide the answers to the concerns, somewhere that everyone else has found and not ever mentioned. {thankfully there are some techs in places like 'down under' that step up and assist, thanks Crownie}
We rarely notice when something is not, but do notice when something is. I have never considered that there is -no- shark in the water fountain, but if there ever was, I am sure I would notice.
There sure are days when I sure wish I could work only on wheelbarrows.
