Yep, agree fully with the above. Minimum 14 Lb sledge hammer and swing to your hearts content on the outer rim. Keep turning the wheel and hitting opposite sides and eventually the tapered collets will loosen and the wheel will start to move. You'll have to remove all the collets before the wheel will come off.
Can't beat a good upper body work out.
