You can take out the govenor bolt carb to manifold.
How about timing have you put atiming light with engine running skipped gear/tooth we had one Toyota no run fiber timing gear stripped two teeth.
look down the carb does it get fuel going into the manifold spray?
You could put a small amount of gas in egg cupp or smaller down carb when running?
