EP30K
Error 33
Problem: Pump IGBT, Drive Fault (33)

Indication: "33" display. All vehicle operations inhibited. Line contactor OPEN.

Possible Causes:
Wire break in pump T1P IGBT, faulty wire connection, faulty drive board, faulty pump current sensor CS,
faulty hydraulic logic board.

Disconnect battery plug. Check T1P IGBT and drive board for abnormality.

There are 2 controllers on the panel, right hand is drive, left hand is pump.

go to the drive board on left controller and remove the CN1 plug, you can check the T1P on terminals 1, 2 and 4/5 (1 is collector, 2 is gate and 4/5 is emitter). according to the wiring schematic terminal 4 and 5 are linked.

to check the current sensor and the drive board you really need the complete service manual to have wiring diagrams, connector layouts and pin by pin voltage information, during troubleshooting it tends to jump from one section to another. Kind of annoying but necessary.
