more information may be helpful
first off i'd recheck that serial number you listed, too many digits

now...
when you say clicks endless do you mean when key is on the line contactor just clicks in and out continuously?

what is showing on the dash when this is happening?
have you checked the state of charge of the battery? (not looking at the display but using a VOM) the BDI display probably isnt initializing in time to show you BSOC before it kicks out.

sounds to me like a weak battery or you have a shorted condition causing it to kick out, maybe a bad motor or worse case a bad controller
