Need a kick in some kind of direction. This one has me stumped. Nissan, Model# MCPL01A15LV... Serial# CPL01-9N1812. K21L Engine. Customer called, No Start, E-27 Code. Troubleshoot unit, put new plugs, crank sensor, and a coil on #2 cylinder as it was dead. Performed a PM and drained regulator. Performed pedal dance. Code E-27 went away. Unit starts right up and runs. Here is the issue, now have a code E-41 which according to previous discussions is a brake switch fault. I will troubleshoot that further when I go back out to the customer. My real problem is while the truck is in neutral the engine will rev to max RPMS. As soon as you put the lift in forward and max the throttle, the engine only puts out about half throttle. Is this limp mode? Will the code E-41 put the unit into limp mode? Or could it be another issue? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
