I understand this is 350-03 series.

For this truck you should use Truck Doctor, not Pathfinder.
Hope you have it.

After replacing the pot, go with the following procedure:
- connect the notebook, depress the the brake pedal, key switch in the first position (the diodes on the indicator on),
- in Truck Doctor go to window 8,
- if evertything is OK , in the TrucDoc window will be displayed "OK",
- press enter and store.

If there's no "OK" on TucDoc window, manipulate the pot until you get OK in this window.
