Fixed it.
Manually pushed in emergency disconnect contactor below fuse 9. Immediately heard and smelled sizzle.... got some smoke out of something.

Now the forklift works. All functions OK. Cleared the codes and have run it for a bit.

I have no idea what burned. I can't find any cable issues. I thought maybe I melted a dead short away from the frame but I'm not sure that I did.

Oh well. I'll have my eyes on this lift.
