I think it has something to do with either the TM's I got or possibly the gate connection.
I took it all back apart and put the old TM's back in and I am back were I started at least. Just not moving forward. So I think that at least lets me know the lug is OK. While I was checking again I notice I had two of the gate connections revesed so that may have been it with the new TM, Will try tomorrow.
