Andrew77 is complaining about the "the Chinese not having parts".
Parts supply problems are not caused by the manufacturer but by the distributor. A good distributor provides full parts and service support for the product they sell regardless of whether it's Chinese, Japanese or European.
If you have a support problem it's probably because you bought a Chinese forklift from a dealer who's not committed to their brand and to the forklift industry and is only interested in a quick buck from a fast sale.
Our customers buy Hangcha with confidence because we support our product properly and have worked hard to establish Hangcha as a reliable brand.
Moral of the story is; be careful about the dealer's reputation for support regardless of the forklift brand.
