yep... things have changed over the years
i suspect they will always be a changing
one thing i've learned over the years is stay adaptable and keep your customers first priority, it gives one a sense of achievement when they are always requesting you back for doing a good job for them.

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
