hello all partner

i have a problem to fix unit forklift komatsu with type:
Reach Truck - Komatsu FB 17iRJX-2
S/N:611801003288
Years:2008

the problem is:unit show error FE0300 & FE 2114,battery indicator in display reading empty.

when on the operation mode the unit suddenly shut down,also when lifting in the operation.

anyone can assist me to find the main problem for this,or if i can get the workshop manual for this it will be good.
