Shouldn't surprise anyone, Briggs have the cash to buy just about anyone other than a manufacturer. This seems to be their long term plan to buy market share and compete/overtake the big two. Possibly looking at the Corpacq flt business at some stage ?
Also, anyone heard that Still are buying someone in the Midlands ? Is it a dealer or separate company
