respect to the radial bearing, i have a real trouble, and i have to question to crown, and he don´t know what happening with my stockpicker, after several revisions and test, i found that the radial bearing was the problem, the armature scratch against the fields in to the traction motor.

but in the respect the Xerox's problem, you have an IGBT or a transistor in the system? if you don´t have a IGBT you must change it. if you have an IGBT check it!! and make a revision in the diodes and the supresors, some times these are bad, and the readings out of the truck check it good.
