finely got some time to spend with this Hyster which has hydraulics locked out. Im learning the system as I go and I dont have the service PASSWORD which would make this alot easier. One of the other mechanics told me that the hydraulic functions may come back from time to time when they had to move the unit. Anyhow tested the seat switch and I have a good sensor output signal volts @5vdc to the VSM pin 11 CRP9, also ground circuit is good.
Armrest switch circuit to the MLM is also seems to be ok. But there is No varied signal from the MLM Lt Green 900 and yellow 901 wires. The mini lever do seem to function correctly with voltage going hi and lo with lever movement. also all three are the same.
What do you think, do i have a bad MLM card? What should its outputs be? power to the MLM wire 203 is 12vdc.
Appreciate any help,
I am wandering if this new proprietary technology is going to drive me out of business at least the honest way of doing business. The nearest Hyster dealer is 75 miles away, I cant sell these machines around here and expect customers to pay the cost of the travel. Knowing these types of issues and I can't get the software legally.
Thanks everyone.
