First thing I would check is for a blown fuse for the FWD/Rev Switch's and solenoids...then check the inching pedal/cable and spool to make sure it isn't hung up and keeps the truck stuck in neutral.....what is this safety relay that you are talking about?? Have a Full Model AND serial number of the truck??
