I don't have anything in Toyota manuals that goes back that far.
The oldest manual I have covers the 3FGCU models. The print date for that book states it is an updated publication covering all 3F models from 1974 (and later).
Knowing that Toyota often has continuing production of a prior model even after a succeeding model has already begun production and marketing just makes it harder to pinpoint a range of model years.
My guess on the actual age of a 2F would be from the early 1970s to the late 1970s.
As has been stated, a good Toyota dealer might be able to tie a build date to the serial number. It's old!
