I have a Crown 30TSPTN-S that won't release the brakes. The brakes will release when the tow switch is activated but will not release when the switch on the operator's console is toggled. I also have a wrench light on the console. I applied battery voltage directly to the terminal block on the left side of the hyd. wall and the brakes will disengage but the unit will not travel. When the console switch is toggled the relay in the distribution panel energizes but the brakes do not release.
