But surely you realize as large as they are now over so many different states, there will be very different and many obsticles to overcome. In each different area, the competition will be different. I've been told as for your profit sharing, it's still tied to Carolina Tractor. If the whole company doesn't do good, it affects your divisions profit sharing?
