I have managed to get to the root of the problem, with newer truck doctor the laptop connects to the truck I was trying the logic on but there is also a problem with the logic off the faulty truck, it works but it won't connect to truck doctor (talk about bad luck) in the end I put the logic off the good truck on the faulty truck and managed to get the error codes 45 and 54 which is pointing to a faulty 1A1 power unit.
