Hi guys, maybe some of your raymond experts on here can clear this one up for me,

I've always been told the late-model EASI-REACH trucks with the 'sealed' drive units, cannot be serviced. They cannot or should not, be taken apart, instead, replaced as an entire unit and exchange cores.

I have a drive unit with an oil seal (at the axle) starting to leak gear oil,

Would love there to be an alternative to exchanging for a new $3,000 drive unit just to fix a $100 axle seal...

Fact of the week
The word "robotics" was coined by Russian-born American science-fiction writer Isaac Asimov who first used the word in 1942 in his short story 'Runabout'. He characterised robots as helpful servants and as "a better, cleaner race."
