Well, I decided to remove manifold, what a task! I left the forks up a little to see if they would lower when I removed the return line. After getting doused with fluid, forks immediately lowered rapidly. Disassembled all valves and poppets and did find minor amounts of debris, no big stuff, springs all seemed in good shape. Reassembled and installed........same problem. Does anyone know if they rebuild or remanufactor the valve.....if that is indeed the problem. Please assist with any more suggestions, and thanks 7777! Also, springs were not broken, but could they lose there recoil pressure?

Thanks all!!!!!!!!!!!!!
