yes there is a fairly wide range of issues that can trigger this code. The most common one i've ran across though is the drive board causing problems. Pull the logic card and check the drive board which is underneath the logic. It will have several large diodes on it, check those diodes for proper continuity and/or burning.

If no issues found there then you will have to go through the rest of those listed problems to find the cause of the voltage irregularity thats triggering this code.
