When I worked for a lift truck dealer in Atlanta - we used to use Atlanta Gas to help us w/ tail pipe emission testing and they would provide a print out of results. Of course, it was done at no charge as we were a customer & it was done based on their schedule but they would do it for a nominal fee for a non customer. You might check with you local gas company.
