Please also try adding serial number or year of manufacture. Does it throw up any errors? If its battery related as mentioned you may notice a slight dimming on the display when attempting to drive, however if your lift is working then its worth checking the battery under load.
It may be there is no error code because it thinks direction is not selected or an interlock switch is not made and thinks your still in standby mode.
