It looks like it is a 1998. This is what I think all of the #'s mean. 8600 should be the weight of the truck. The G is for type G meaning the truck was gasoline powered when it was built. The 189" is the lift height. 24" is the load center. I would assume that the 4700 is the capacity without the side shifter. 4350# should be the capacity with the side shifter.
The side shifter was made by Brudi and the SSC is the model # of the side shifter which should be 36.2" wide.
