edward, battery was full. i am no forklift expert but from what i could understand the main contact he said was not holding. its just strange because the truck was perfectly mobile before but after he tested everything it stopped working. the company is a big company and i have faith they will make things right, hence i wont mention the name, but if things go sour i will write a review of my experiences online on several forums i am a member on. this is very frustrating and i am hoping the tech is right on the steering card being the issue and we get our forklift back soon. i genuinely appreciate all the help and advice, you guys are great bunch! any more insight or advice is greatly appreciated and welcomed
