ok so i have some more info and some news. had a toyota certified tech come take a look at it to diagnose and he is certain that its the steering card/computer thats faulty and says everything else tests out ok. he finishes putting everything back together and now it doesnt want to to move or hydraulics work at all. all this worked fine before he worked on it. and he says he has no idea why it is doing this now. very frustrating on my part as im left with a even more broken fork lift than what i started with.

Fact of the week
Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
