From what i know about this some engines that come from the auto industry are allready complient. Like linde and VW , JCB have quite a good engine that use EGR but for larger engines SCR will be needed. The major area that this will efffect will be trucks over 6,000kg that came into effect this year. The chinese won't be able to sell there equipment in Europe and North America if they don't comply. The dealer would face fines and so will the customer so whowould want to risk the fine.
