Product Information Bulletin "CPG011" is I believe what is in reference to the issue you are seeing. BDI lights 1, 2, 4, & 8 are on. The battery discharge indicator is not resetting. This issue is more than likely attributed to a voltage drop in the key switch circuit between ED-A and CA401-1. Use the Curtis handset or voltmeter to verify.
