Hi Ropalman,
yes according to serial number this is a FBC20N
The AC designates it is an AC control system. ie:FBC20N-AC
and yes according to the technical bulletin the information i posted below is what can set this code.

I also mentioned a drive inverter or faulty connections on the logic could cause this, after i thought of the job i had this issue with we also wound up replacing the drive motor due to faulty motor windings from a battery spill over. The acid ate through the insulation on the motor and allowed the fields to short out. Also had to rebuild the pump motor because the bearings siezed up from the acid.
All because the customer filled the battery BEFORE charging it which is a BIG no no :o) An expensive mistake on his part unfortunatly.
