controls are good. we had a few faults on the hydraulics but it was just down to bad routeing of the seat wiring. if you get the correct spec for the job you are doing you should be very happy with the truck. i know the yale is basiclly the same truck but the hyster is a better specification for your money. one thing steer clear of the joystick controls somedays they refuse to work and the next they are fine.
