Mfg 1996
Diesel Deutz engine

After replacing the rotary coupling and collector assembly, I now have a problem fully retracting the tower cylinder. All cylinders retract properly except for this one, by 12" which prevents the machine from operating in high speed. When trying to synchronize the cylinder using the override valve proceedure, the tower cyl will not lower past the point when I have pulled the override valve.( if I raise the cyl 2' and pull the red **** then the cyl will not lower past this point,so right now the cyl is almost fully extended).
All the lines are connected proper and not aware of the machine having problems before.
Any info on what I might be over looking
