those trucks have a terrible problem with the drive motor flange bolts getting loose. they will eventually come out and the motor will spin loose and crush the motor controller. i am not saying that's what wrong with yours but there have been so many that i get nausiated when i hear about those trucks look very closely at both motors end bell and flange bolts
