Hello to all. Does anybody give me any advice or to tell any experience with control unit Zapi FZ5018C? This unit controls 2 AC motors for a drive and 1 DC motor for a lift ( hydraulic). The main problem is an electronic part for lifting - after some time of working ( 2 years , 2 moths , 2 hours... nobody knows what time it is going to be :-) ) power MOS transistors are broken and completely burnt and destroyed. I already got fixed the same unit 2 times ( replaced MOS transistors ( about 20 pcs) and opto coupler with a pair of 2 transistors -drivers for MOS ). First , it had worked for 4-5 hours then went to the **** , for the second time it was ok 4 weeks and the same problem appeared. I was told ( Yale technician here in Slovakia) , they already do not know where is the common problem - nobody from Zapi tells anything. They simply change the unit (Yale technicians) and it is. People from company which I fix this forklif for ,told me they have 4-5 forklifts and all of them already have got changed Zapi control unit. (probably with the same error - non working lift).
