I have a 1988 21DR30TT.M reach lift truck that has been blowing this little 5 amp drive board fuse for a few years now. I have had her in a shop where they replaced a few drive motor cables and Fw and Rev contactors, after that she worked fine for awhile. but now she has started to blow the fuse again. I checked a few things out myself, somethings I have found is #1 there is 36 volts on the meter when I check between the lift truck body and the battery ground. #2 there is little or no readings on the SCR1 when there should be 10,000 ohms or greater. My question is did the 36v to machine body cause the SCR failure or is the SCR failure causeing the voltage to the frame.
