Thanks for the reply. Here is the Model: 800CGB-8 and Serial Number: 135359A This is a Box Car Special with shorter wheelbase. I think because it is a Tusk and a box car special not much thought or reviewing of design took place. truck is 3 years old and within first year fan was hitting shroud due to clearanc issues and they had to change the engine mount position. here is another reason I'm skeptical that my current vendor does not want to get it fixed under manufacture defect or whatever you want to call it-Because in my full service maintainance agreement the dealership promised me a loaner lift truck that has plumbing for my bale clamp that i use to unload railcars of woodpulp. So even though they would get paid my mfg to repair engine they would be out the cost of the rental for a few weeks or longer. For the sales advisory bulletins where would i find them? Kind of confusing because I have a Tusk lift truck that is really Komatsu that has a Nissan Engine. Would Nissan issue the bulletin to Komatsu then to Tusk ??? thanks for any advice on how i can build a case to somehow not be out full cost of new engine
