I am curious as to the make of truck in which this TB45 Nissan is in. Trash screens and wheel well screens are standard equippment on certain manufacture's fork trucks. I would be looking at a sales advisory bulletin or a sales parts bulletin. 2005 is about the year when the issue of house keeping and shrink wrap problems were being seen in conjuction with said power paxkage. Why the MIL and low oil pressure warning light, when pressure fell below the 3 psig, didn't occur is a puzzle.

Fact of the week
In March 2002, identical twins in Finland died on the same day in similar accidents within hours of each other. A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
