Hey Steve, I worked with you years ago at Intrupa.
I hope everything goes well for all the folks at LPM/Intrupa, but having been part of a few acquisitions (on both sides) over the years, I think it would be a good idea to start planning for a worst-case scenario. It's real tough be the acquired. Maybe everything will go well, but it doesn't hurt to be prepared.
