I have a clark cy50 that has something wrong with moving forward and rear wards. It seems like the neutral mode when stopped is taking a long time to engage but when it does its ok.
Its like the brakes are slowly bleeding off, then it will let you go forward or back.
It goes in gear straight away but will not move until the trans comes out of idle mode.
