I have a 48volt 3 wheel electric jungheinrich fork lift

(I'm not sure of the model number, just picked ERE20 at random for this post)

the old batteries were worn out so the truck stood for about 2 months while some new ones were sorted out

the new batteries are now in

when we started to use it, it was fine at first, but then got slower and slower.... batteries show no volt drop when it slows down and the steering/hydrolics still work at full speed

sometimes, it won't drive at all (everything else works)

when it does this it comes up with "error 035"

does anyone know what this error points to ?

when it doesn't move, it seams like messing around with the floor mat / accelerator makes it work again.... but this could just be a coincidence... it's only happened a couple of times

thanks

Alan.
