Yes the Ev100 are known for having rec 2 and rec 5 problems, and is always best to replace both of them together as John has stated.

I have also found sometimes after replacing rec 2 and 5 my problem has remained and found that sometimes even though its rare the snubbers that sit on top of the rec 1 assembly can also throw up errors which point towards the rec 2 and 5 circuit.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
